We connect AI founders, and emerging tech companies with the developers and GTM talent they need to ship and scale.
Privacy Policy
rantt is operated by Robert Newton as a UK sole trader and is registered with the ICO.
We collect personal data submitted through our intake forms, including name, email address, company name, and role information. This data is used solely to deliver the services you have purchased and to communicate with you about your listing or sourcing brief.
We do not sell, share, or transfer your personal data to third parties except where required to deliver our service, specifically Notion for data storage, Lemon Squeezy for payment processing, and Framer for website hosting.
Candidate data submitted to our talent register is stored securely and is only ever shared with hiring clients or trusted partner recruiters working directly with rantt.
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting robert@rantt.xyz.

Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the rantt job board and sourcing services operated by Robert Newton, a UK sole trader.
Sourcing Services
Sourcing sprints and retainer plans are purchased upfront. Work begins once your brief has been submitted and confirmed by wen hire. We aim to deliver candidate shortlists within the timeframes stated on our website, but these are targets, not guarantees.
A success fee of 2% of the candidate's agreed compensation applies to all sourcing plans except Flat Fee Sourcing, with a minimum fee of $500 per placement. This fee is invoiced separately upon confirmation of a successful hire.
Flat Fee Sourcing carries no success fee. The one-off payment covers the full search and shortlist delivery.
Our Role
rantt provides candidate sourcing only. We are not responsible for the outcome of interviews, offer negotiations, or employment arrangements made between clients and candidates following the introduction.
